PRISTINA (Kosovo) – According to police and media sources, unknown gunmen opened fire on a bus carrying youths in western Kosovo on Friday, killing three and injuring another.
According to accounts, the bus was attacked by masked individuals in Gllogjan, 90 kilometers (55 miles) west of the capital Pristina. The driver and two adolescent passengers were killed, and another adolescent passenger was injured.

The attack and murders were confirmed by police and the prosecutor’s office in the nearby city of Peja. The attack’s motivation was unknown.
According to the website of the Koha newspaper, Besnik Ibraj of the hospital emergency unit in Peja stated that the injured youngster was in stable health circumstances.
